Vendor Tables/Booths will be sold for $50/booth or $25/booth if non-profit.  Booths will include draped back wall and one skirted table w/2 chairs.

Electricity is unavailable.

Outdoor booths, if approved, are at no charge.  All set up materials outdoors, including tables are the responsibility of the vendor.

Donations (Cash / In-Kind)

All donations will be allocated to the cost of the event and/or given out to the community at the event.  The Junior League and YWCA will not use donations from this program for any other event.

Games/Activities/Info Sessions (some activities may require proof of insurance / please provide or inquire if you are unsure)

If you have games/activities related to financial literacy that do not require a booth, you may apply to provide those at no cost.  A small area, with seating but no special equipment (like audio/visual), is available if you have a “mini-information session” that can be presented at one of the six, 15 minute sessions available.  Please indicate on the application what kind of session you have, any giveaways associated with it and how many times you might like to present during the event.

Educational Break-Out Sessions

Each booth vendor is invited to participate in 15 minute break-out sessions aimed at educating families on financial topics.  The sessions will be included on the “bingo” card each participant must get filled in order to be eligible for the drawings.  Let me know what topic you’d like to present.
